Requirements:

  • Must be in training for A&P license, possess an A&P license, or be willing to enroll in field training program

Description:

  • Entry level aircraft technician position, experience with general aviation maintenance preferred. Turbine experience a plus.
  • Individual must exhibit professionalism and excellent people skills.
  • Maintain aircraft IAW FAR’S
  • Maintain aircraft IAW Clinton Aviation Policies
  • Keep shop organized
  • Become familiar with Clinton Aviation procedures
  • Maintain  Aviation parts department when needed
  • Maintain company equipment
  • Be positive, work as a team, maintain excellent communication with others
  • Create logbook entries, and AD compliance reports
  • Travel (5% or less) for aircraft maintenance

Position: Director of Maintenance

Location: Winterset Airport, Winterset, IA (West Des Moines, IA)

Requirements:

  • Must have minimum 3 years experience with inspection authorization endorsement. Prefer 2 years working on small general aviation aircraft (12,500.00 or under). 1 year minimum working on turbine aircraft (preferable King Air or Citation experience). Individual must exhibit professionalism and excellent people skills. Many opportunities to gain business experience and grow within a small aviation company.

Description of Position:

  • Maintain aircraft IAW FAR’S
  • Maintain aircraft IAW Winterset Aviation Policies
  • Keep shop organized
  • Manage A&P technicians’ as needed
  • Become familiar with Winterset Aviation procedures
  • Maintain Winterset Aviation parts department when needed

  • Maintain company equipment
  • Assist in airport management duties

Wages/Hours/Benefits:

  • Starting Pay: 20.00-25.00 (based on experience)
  • Full Time: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
  • Two 15 minute breaks (paid)

Position: Flight Instructor/Commercial Pilot

Location: Winterset Airport, Winterset IA (West Des Moines, IA)

Requirements:

  • Individual must have CFI rating. Addition ratings a plus. Experience a plus, but not necessary.

Description:

  • Winterset Aviation Services Inc. is currently seeking a Certified Flight Instructor to fulfill an open position at the Winterset Municipal Airport. Individual must exhibit excellent people skills, and customer service.  Duties include performing primary flight instruction, instrument flight instruction, aircraft ferrying, pilot services, and aerial imaging. Full Time or Part Time available.
